Healed by Grace

Four months ago, I had a fall so my left wrist was badly injured. I had to stay in the hospital, and the doctor told me very likely I would need to go through an operation. When I had my cast removed, again the doctor told me to arrange the operation immediately, because the X-ray showed my bone was deformed.

He urged me to get the operation done as soon as possible and went on to explain how the operation would be performed. It sounded scary, I had no peace in my heart, so I turned down his suggestion.

I prayed in the Holy Spirit and sought advice from a sister in Christ. I believed no operation was needed because I was healed by Jesus' stripes. Whenever I felt the enemy trying to put fear and discouragement into my mind, I declared the promises of God. I applied anointing oil over my hand and partook the Holy Communion. I stood strong in Jesus and called upon His Name. When there's discomfort, I did what Pastor Wayne and Mary encouraged us to do, I prayed in my heavenly language. Through the teaching of the Gospel of Grace, I learned the most powerful revelation, that is when I declare "I’m the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus ", enemies will just flee in a blink.

If I did not know the Gospel of Grace, I probably would feel bad and even blame God for what had happened to me. But the more I read and listen to the Word of God, the more I know I can rest in Him because I know that all things work together for good for those who love God (Romans 8:28).

In my time of difficulties, the Lord is always with me. God promised He will never leave me, He is with me till the end of time (Matthew 28:20). The joy of the Lord is my strength (Nehemiah 8:10), the enemy might try to steal the joy from me but he won't succeed.

There were also times that my heart was troubled and worried, but Jesus gave me His Word and assurance in John 14:1, "Do not let your heart be troubled, trust in God and trust also with Me". The truth settled my heart and it renewed my mind. Praise Jesus!

Then, I got the Good News! The X-ray showed my bones were completely healed and the doctor said I can do anything. Indeed, we have a miracle-working God, who does every good thing behind the scenes. Glory to God and praise the Name of Jesus! I’m so thankful and grateful for my Grace Revival Church family, I am sitting under Pastors Wayne & Mary's leadership and their teaching of Grace. God's love has been surrounding me. I am blessed to be part of this church family. God gave me such a great employer, who is so caring and so kind to me when I was recovering. I am thankful for the prayers and support from GRC leaders and connect group members.

Jesus and His Word is the best companion in challenging times. Through the great work, Jesus did on the cross, I am greatly blessed, highly favoured and deeply loved by God, Amen!
