I declare the Lord is my Shepherd

My Mother in the Philippines was hospitalised with a serious issue in her blood. She has a rare blood type, so it is difficult to find compatible donors. My sister kept focusing on how serious this problem was, and how my mother's condition could escalate to something life-threatening and even cause overwhelming financial burden.

My first thought was to call Pastor Rhy to ask for prayers. However, I sensed the Holy Spirit saying, “You pray!”

I Thank God for the boldness and courage He has given me through His Holy Spirit. In the Name of Jesus, I kept rebuking every word that my sister said. I told her to shut up and just agree with me in prayer that God will heal our Mother and that God will supply all our needs. I told her to say, "Amen," and then I cut off the call. I immediately called my Mother and led her in prayer.

Praise God, in just a few hours a compatible donor was found!

During this time, I did not call or ask what was happening. Instead, I chose to dwell in God's presence and not worry. I partook in the Holy Communion, lifting my Mother’s situation after God! When my sister would tell me about costs and painful test required for my mother, I kept praying in the Spirit. I declared my Mother's blood would go back to normal, and that no tests would be required!

In the natural, circumstances can get overwhelming, especially since I live here in Hong Kong and my Mother is in the Philippines. However, I kept declaring: THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD!!

Thank You Jesus! My Mother is healed now. She is fully restored, and stronger than before!
