The Cross reveals God's incredible love by giving us what we could never obtain on our own. A bridge was built between Father God and us, an unfair exchange occurred. Jesus took our sins, sickness, poverty, we received His righteousness and freedom. Because of the Cross we are freed from sin's dominion and empowered by grace. There is power in the Cross, it destroys the works of the devil. Romans 8:11 reminds us that the Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us.
