The Resurrection Life of God Resides in You

Baby Dedications for Our Precious Cayden and Robert! They will

Our hearts are full!

Our souls are still singing from worship, where we soaked in the goodness of God. We dedicated precious little ones into the hands of our faithful Jesus and celebrated His resurrection life flowing through every part of our church family!

The presence of the Lord was tangible as we rejoiced in the resurrection life that’s already flowing in us through the Holy Spirit!

This April, we’re in a powerful series titled "The Resurrection Life of God." As Easter draws near, we’re not just celebrating an empty tomb—we are beholding the risen Christ and receiving a fresh revelation of what His resurrection life means for us today.

This week, Pastor Wayne led us into a deeper understanding of how faith activates resurrection life, and how our words—when aligned with the gospel—release the very power of God into our minds, bodies, and circumstances.

Five Key Revelations from the Word

1. Faith Pleases God—and Begins with Righteousness
We were reminded that Enoch pleased God and was raptured—not by works, but by faith Hebrews 11:5–6. Faith is not a striving; it’s simply agreeing with God. And the first place faith is meant to operate is in your identity: "I am the righteousness of God in Christ." This righteousness doesn’t come from effort—it’s a gift we receive. That’s what qualifies us for resurrection life.

2. Resurrection Power Flows Through Right Believing
Romans 8:10–11 shows that the Spirit gives life to our mortal bodies because of righteousness. Not because of striving, not because of perfection—but because of our standing in Christ. If you believe you’re righteous in Him, His life flows through you. It affects your body, your emotions, and your mind.

3. Speak the Word—It Ministers Life
Life and death are in the power of the tongue Proverbs 18:21. Pastor Wayne reminded us that Jesus cleanses the church with the washing of the water by the word Ephesians 5:26. The word the verse is referring to is Rhema—the spoken word. When we speak the truth of the gospel over ourselves, we are releasing life. Declare it: “I am the righteousness of God in Christ.”

4. Faith Is Expressed Through Your Mouth
Romans 10:9–10 teaches that faith is not just believing in the heart—but confessing with the mouth. The woman with the issue of blood kept saying to herself, “If I can touch His garment, I will be healed.” Her repeated declarations released resurrection life into her body. In the same way, speak out what God says about you!

5. Complaining Blocks Grace—Speaking Life Unlocks It
The Israelites remained in the wilderness because of their complaining. Complaining is giving voice to worry, fear, and self-effort. But when you speak what God says—especially when you feel the opposite—you’re aligning with the Spirit. Don’t speak the problem; speak the promise. You are in Christ. You are already blessed. Keep saying it.

Church, keep seeing Jesus. Keep declaring: “I am the righteousness of God in Christ.” His resurrection life is not a far-off promise—it’s already resident in you! Every time you align your heart and mouth with the truth of the gospel, the Spirit releases supernatural life, peace, and strength into your soul and body.

You’re not trying to earn it. You’re not trying to deserve it. You’re simply receiving it. And as you behold Jesus, you will reign in life!
